Franchising is the way of doing business, where company owner (franchiser) assigns to independent businessman or company (franchisee) the right to sell franchiser’s goods and services while franchisee is under the obligation to sell these goods and services.

Franchisee is obligated to sell goods:

  • maintaining full compliance with quality standards;
  • using approved technologies;
  • following specified plan;
  • in a clearly defined location;
  • using specific trade mark.

In exchange of one-time franchise fee and monthly payment (royalty), franchisee receives a recognized trademark, proven method of doing business and the whole package of technologies and know-how.
